TDAC Privacy Policy for the Mobile App and Website

By using the TDAC app and/or TDAC Website (either via app.tdac.pro or via the App), you accept our privacy policy and terms of service.

The App

By using the TDAC App, you agree that:

Error Logging

When we log errors, we may take a detailed trace of exactly where the error happened. This information only relates to the App and does not access data stored by other apps.

This is unlikely to include any personal information but all retained logs are reviewed by an appropriate person to remove any possible personal information.

Web Services

Authentication is required to access most part of the TDAC website. Your login details are managed by your Team admin, which are in-turn managed by TDAC. We track actions on your account for the purpose of security and understanding how the services are used. We do not use this information for marketing is not sold to any third-party organisation.

Some personal details may be held, such as your name and email. With access to your account, you can view, edit and remove these details at any time.

GDPR and other privacy laws

For any GDPR or personal data request, please contact support via the support section of our website. In some cases, we may need additional verification in order to carry out requests regarding personal information.

Security

All data stored by TDAC is managed in a security data centre in London. All access to this data requires the correct authentication and privileges.

You are responsible for keeping your security credentials safe and secure. Please use a good password and do not share this with any-one.

In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will immediately switch off affected services until the issue is rectified. We will notify all affected accounts as soon as possible, with updates regarding how to secure your account.

Cookies

We use cookies in order to keep a session "alive" between our servers and your device. This cookie contains a unique string of numbers, letters and other symbols. It's purpose is only to keep you logged in whilst using our services.

We do not use any third-party cookies, third-party analytics tools or other services that require cookies. However, please note we have no control over browser plugins of other software on your device that may use cookies.

Emails

Unless you opt-in, we will only send important account notifications such as security issues, password reset requests, etc.

Upon deleting your account, you will not be sent any more emails from us. If you change your email address, all future emails will be sent to your new address.

Backups

We store backups. These back-ups may include your personal information stored in an encrypted fashion. We only keep these backups for up to 7 days unless required for legal reasons, such as a court order. Any backup we keep longer, such as for development purposes, will be "obfuscated" meaning all personally identifiable data is removed.

Updates to the privacy policy and terms

We may update this policy and our terms. In doing so, we will place a notice on the home page and send out an email containing details of the changes. In the event that you do not agree with the changes, please contact support to close your account.
